Please observe the following return policies and procedures:
1. No return for defective product can be issued after six months from the original invoice date.
2. Any returns other than defective must be requested within thirty (30) days from invoice date and must be unopened, with no labels or writing on products or boxes.
3. The return authorization number must be on the packing slip for proper credited.
4. ABC Office Systems, Inc. must receive the returned product, before the date on the label expires.
5. Only those items authorized for return and listed on the packing slip will be credited.
6. Freight for all returns is the customer’s responsibility and must be prepaid. Freight due to any errors by ABC Office Systems, Inc. will be reimbursed for ground only. Do not return products by air freight.
7. No call tags will be issued.
8. All products returned to ABC Office Systems, Inc. are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the following exceptions: Product shipped in error by ABC Office Systems, Inc., and a product that is defective. Products returned as defective will be tested; if it is not defective, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
9. Defective product must be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces, packing materials, and manuals with a detailed description of the problem on company letterhead.
10. Computers, peripherals, and related electronic products must be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Additionally they must be in the original packaging unmarked in re-sellable condition.
ABC Office Systems, Inc. warranties all generic and remanufactured toners and cartridges that we sell. The following procedures must be followed for return of generic or remanufactured products.
1. Call ABC Office Systems, Inc. at (951) 737-4500 for a RMA.
2. Package the cartridge in the box it was received in and include a detail description on company letterhead of the problem and include any examples that you have.
3. Return the cartridge back to ABC Office Systems, Inc. via instructions when receiving the RMA number.
4. ABC Office Systems, Inc. will test and evaluate the cartridge for any defects. Additionally we may also send this cartridge back to the remanufacture for further evaluation.
5. If the cartridge is found to be defective ABC Office Systems, Inc. will replace the cartridge or refund the purchase price of the cartridge.
6. If the cartridge was unused or not defective a restocking fee of 50% may apply.
7. If a defective cartridge has caused any damage to equipment than ABC Office Systems, Inc. will repair that equipment at no charge to the customer. It is normal for laser equipment to have dust and minimal toner residue in the equipment. All equipment must be maintained per the manufactures instructions in order for ABC Office Systems, Inc. to honor the warranty repair. Equipment that does not receive regularly maintenance and is not properly maintained will be excluded from the warranty.
The following is a list of items that ABC Office Systems, Inc. CAN NOT credit for any reason:
1. Defective Ricoh laser products- please ask the customer to contact Ricoh directly at 800-882-4858 to return Ricoh laser supplies.
2. Data Products, laser products if not in the original box.
3. Canon or Hewlett Packard toner that is empty or not in original box unopened.
4. Bulk Diskettes- No returns will be accepted on bulk diskettes. All sales are final.
5. Bottled Copier Supplies - all sales are final.
6. All OEM Drums, except Brother.
7. Software that has been opened.
